Compatible Electronics strives for the highest quality and provides effective quality control, starting with evaluation of the services under contract and ending when the services have been delivered to a satisfied Client. We are guided by the following: (a) Using systems of prevention rather than detection. We ensure that the inspection/testing at each stage of evaluation is "right the first time" (b) We use and regularly review systems which provide for continuous quality improvement. (c) Each stage of the process views the subsequent stage as a Client. The supporting elements available to us are as follows: (a) Involvement of all staff in ongoing quality improvement. (b) Appointing a Quality Assurance manager with a technical background. (c) Integrated team work in all functional areas and at all organizational levels. (d) Training all staff as appropriate to handle their job responsibilities.
