This Terms of Use (the “Terms”) explains how you may use www.celectronics.com (the “Site”) operated by Compatible Electronics, Inc. (“Compatible,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.
U.S.–only: We operate and offer services in the United States. We do not operate international branches and do not offer services outside the U.S.
1. Informational website; no offers or advice
The Site provides general information about our company and services. Site content is informational only. It is not engineering advice, legal advice, or a binding offer. Quotes, pricing, scope, and schedules are provided only through our written proposals or agreements. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
2. Privacy

3. Using the Site (simple license)
We allow you to view the Site and make a reasonable number of copies for your internal business use. Keep all notices on any copies you make. We may end or limit this permission at any time.
What you may not do
Copy, publish, or alter Site content without our permission.
Remove proprietary notices or logos.
Use bots, scrapers, or similar tools to collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.
Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout are owned by Compatible or our licensors and are protected by law. COMPATIBLE ELECTRONICS and related marks are our trademarks or service marks. Third-party names or logos are the property of their owners.
5. Third-party links
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or tools (for example, shipping carriers or map services). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms and policies.
6. Feedback
If you send us comments or ideas, you agree that we may use them without restriction or payment to you.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the Site, including its accuracy, reliability, availability, or that it will be error-free or free of harmful components.
8. Limits on liability
As the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. If we are found responsible, our total liability for all claims related to the Site will not exceed US $100.

You agree to reimburse and hold harmless Compatible (and our officers, directors, employees, and agents) for losses and reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, that result from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Suspension or termination
We may limit, suspend, or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms were violated or for any other reason.
11. Export compliance
Use of the Site must comply with U.S. export control and sanctions laws.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree that the state and federal courts in Orange County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Compatible about the Site. They do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our decision not to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
